Georgia Naruns Janas & Kirby Meehan Bryan began our dynamic duet in second grade. Since then we have flourished in the St Petersburg community. Both of us grew up in St Petersburg and have extensive knowledge about our neighborhoods, the waterways, various schools, restaurants, and shopping. Upon graduating (Georgia from the University of Central Florida and Kirby from Florida State) we decided to partner up and begin our career in real estate in 2006. Under the guidance of Peggy Naruns we learned the ways of Real Estate. Since then we have been catering to Buyers and Sellers all over the Tampa Bay Area!  We are smart, market savvy, ambitious, and strive to go above and beyond.
